Leslie Hawrylyshyn, Chairman of the Board

Leslie Hawrylyshyn started his career in a Swiss office of CitiBank, where he spent several years on different positions.

He received his MBA in INSEAD (France)

Leslie’s professionalism sums up to decades of venture investment experience.

As a result, he founded three venture funds worth over $100 mln. in total capitalization.

Apart from his success in the financial sphere, he is a virtuoso of the saxophone and is fond of game hunting and shooting-range practicing.

He’s been advancing BritMark since May 2004.

Maria German, Chief Development Officer (CDO)

Ms. German is responsible for BritMark’s representation as well as for educational programs, experience exchange and tutoring in the company.

Maria received a major in International Economy and Management from Vadim Hetman’s Kyiv National Economic University.

Maria expresses her peculiar vision of the surrounding world through professional photography tools.

She’s been with the company since July 2006.

Sergey Yefimov, General Counsel

Sergey Yefimov, General Counsel

Mr. Yefimov combines a profound legal education from Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University and diplomacy talents, perfected by longstanding practical experience of legal protection of BritMark and it’s clients.

In his free time Sergey polishes his combinatorial thinking with the help of chess and logical puzzles.

He’s been contributing to BritMark since June 2004.

Andrey Kosenkov, Motor Vehicle Department Director (MVDD)

Andrey Kosenkov, Motor Vehicle Department Director (MVDD)

Mr. Kosenkov leads one of BritMark’s important directions as a head of the Motor Vehicle Department.

Andrey is an energetic and purposeful person. He received legal education in the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and successfully implements his experience and knowledge when standing upon rights of BritMark’s clients.

Andrey’s lively nature nudges him to constantly changing his place and position in space, so travelling proves to be his best recreation.

He’s been playing for BritMark since March 2007.

Igor Marfin, Property Department Director (PDD)

Igor Marfin, Property Department Director (PDD)

Mr. Marfin is a head of the department, which originally used to be the primary department of BritMark.

Being a physics faculty graduate from the Taras Shevcheko Kyiv National University, Igor is notable for his structural thinking and attention to details.

Igor uses these qualities to perfect the technical aspects of client’s risk-management.

He is a true connoisseur of intricate logical mathematical puzzles.

He joined our team in July 2007.

Yuriy Nikanenok, Personal Lines Department Director (PLDD)

Yuriy Nikanenok, Personal Lines Department Director (PLDD)

Mr. Nikanenok is a head of medical insurance department advancing the most service-demanding branch of the company.

A remarkable graduate of the physics faculty of Mechnikov’s Odessa National University, Yuriy is notable for his sense of humor and bright artistry, due to which even working days of BritMark seem like a holiday.

Regardless of the season, Yuriy takes pleasure in fishing, although he definitely prefers summer fishing.

He joined the ranks of BritMark in October 2005.

Alexander Saus, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Mr. Saus is the manager of BritMark and is responsible for development of relationship with large companies – leaders of Ukranian industries.

As a reliable representative of a medical dynasty with three generations of doctors, Alexander received medical education in the Dnipropetrovsk Medical Institute as well. As an ambitious entrepreneur he founded his own company that became the national distributor of SmithKline Beecham hospital medications by 1998.

In 1999 Alexander left for London where he received his MBA in finance.

At the helm of BritMark since March 2004.

Dmirtiy Usov, Chief Indemnity Officer (CIO)

Dmirtiy Usov, Chief Indemnity Officer (CIO)

Dmitriy Usov manages one of the most important business directions of the company. Under his guidance the indemnity department is providing our clients with the maximal possible reimbursements.

Having obtained two higher education degrees, including the one in the military, Dmitriy effectively applies the acquired skills, especially his habit to maintain strict order and self-discipline when achieving every-day objectives. His interest in networking (building effective communications) helps him solve great number of debatable issues.

Shooting, parachute jumping and hitch hiking are among  the many hobbies Dmitriy has.

Mr. Usov has been working in BritMark since November, 2009.

Katerina Shum, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Katerina Shum, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Ms Shum is responsible for management accounts and administrative control of BritMark.

Katerina was born and received her first economic educational background in the Belarus city of Grodno.

Her interests in analysis later brought her to Kyiv to the Economics Education and Research Consortium (EERC), where she successfully majored in finances.

For several years she’s been fond of equestrian sport.

Katerina joined BritMark in May 2005.

Mr. Rozumenko is a strict mentor of many young specialists who used to grow under his guidance.

Alexander graduated as the best student of insurance management chair from Vadim Hetman’s Kyiv National Economic University.

Alexander has given a lot of effort and time to develop the motor vehicle department. He prefers active recreation, sometimes even extreme one.

He’s been working in BritMark since April 2005.
